Chișinău, July 8, 2025 — The Association for Good Governance (AGG) has provided analytical and legal input to the Alliance of Small and Medium Enterprises from Moldova (AIM) in developing a policy proposal advocating for the creation of a dedicated regulatory framework for the event organization industry.
The initiative seeks to formally recognize the event management sector as a distinct branch of economic activity, reflecting its growing importance in Moldova’s cultural and business landscape.
A clear and modern legal framework would ensure fair competition, transparent taxation, and predictable licensing procedures for companies and entrepreneurs operating in this field.
AGG’s contribution focused on regulatory analysis, legal drafting, and policy coordination, ensuring that the proposal is coherent, feasible, and aligned with European practices in creative and service industries.
By supporting AIM’s advocacy efforts, AGG continues to promote evidence-based policymaking, inclusive dialogue, and transparent reforms that strengthen Moldova’s SME sector and creative economy.
