Your Voice in Decision-Making
AGG (Association for Good Governance) is an independent, non-governmental, and apolitical organization that promotes transparency, civic participation, and accountability in public decision-making.
Founded by experts in law and governance, AGG provides legal analysis, policy expertise, and advocacy support to strengthen transparency, accountability, and evidence-based policymaking in Moldova.
AGG’s mission is to strengthen good governance and transparency in Moldova through policy monitoring, legal drafting, advocacy, and capacity building.
We turn analysis into action — helping society and institutions build better laws, informed decisions, and accountable governance rooted in democratic values.

Capacity Building
We continuously monitor public policies, legislative initiatives, and reforms to assess transparency, progress, and impact. Our analytical briefs and reports inform policymakers, civil society, and citizens alike.
We prepare and review draft laws, regulations, and policy frameworks in line with the EU acquis and international best practices. Our goal is to create clear, coherent, and applicable legislation.
We promote evidence-based reforms through public dialogue, position papers, and engagement with stakeholders. AGG ensures that civic voices influence decisions that shape Moldova’s future. Also, we empower institutions, civil-society organizations, and local communities through training, mentoring, and practical tools on transparency, integrity, and public participation.
AGG engages with a wide range of stakeholders that contribute to good governance and transparency in Moldova. Our work fosters cooperation and dialogue among three main groups:
1. Public and Institutional Partners
Including public institutions, regulators, and development partners. AGG collaborates with these actors through analysis, research, and expert dialogue aimed at improving transparency, integrity, and evidence-based policymaking.
2. Civil Society and Communities
Comprising NGOs, civic initiatives, and local community groups that advocate for accountability and citizen participation.
AGG strengthens their capacity to engage constructively in policy processes and to promote openness and integrity across all levels of governance.
3. Business and Professional Environment
Encompassing the private sector, SME associations, and professional networks that contribute to Moldova’s economic and regulatory development. AGG promotes transparent, predictable, and participatory policymaking that supports fair competition and sustainable growth.
AGG’s work is built on measurable results and consistent professional engagement across Moldova’s governance and reform processes.
Our team’s portfolio reflects years of hands-on experience in policy design, legal drafting, and monitoring of public institutions.
